MIDASMVMT is a fitness brand operated from Canada, publishing free workout programs and related content at midasmvmt.com. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to MIDASMVMT. "You" refers to any visitor, subscriber, or other individual whose information we handle.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you join our waitlist or newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. We do not ask for your name in order to join the waitlist.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is standard server and network logging used to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Advertising data. We display advertising on some pages through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies and use identifiers to measure and personalise the ads you see. See the Cookies and advertising section below.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details on this website. Our store operates on a separate domain with its own privacy policy.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the site and our mailing list:

• Webflow hosts this website and processes contact form submissions.
• Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery, and security protection.
• Keila is the mailing list software we use to manage subscriptions. We self-host it on our own infrastructure, so your email address stays under our control rather than on a third-party marketing platform.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) delivers our emails.
• Google AdSense serves advertising on some pages, and Google Analytics measures how the site is used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

International transfers

We are based in Canada, and some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside your country, we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of that so we do not email you again. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Server and security logs are kept for a short period by our providers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA, residents of the European Economic Area and the UK under the GDPR, and California residents under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
