This page explains how MIDASMVMT uses cookies and similar technologies on midasmvmt.com, what they do, and how you can control them.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to measure and personalise advertising. Similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and device identifiers do comparable things, and we treat them the same way in this policy.
Strictly necessary. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set by our hosting provider, Webflow, and by Cloudflare, which protects the site from abuse and malicious traffic. They do things like maintain your session, remember your cookie choices, and distinguish real visitors from bots.
Advertising. We display ads on some pages through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies and use identifiers to limit how often you see an ad, to measure ad performance, and, depending on your settings, to personalise the ads shown to you. Advertising revenue is part of how we keep the workout programs free.
Analytics. We do not currently run a third-party analytics product such as Google Analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this page before doing so.
Some cookies are set by companies other than us. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by the privacy policies of the companies that set them. The main third parties on this site are Google, for advertising, and Cloudflare, for security and content delivery.
Our online store operates on a separate domain and sets its own cookies under its own policy. Links to social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok take you to those services, which set their own cookies once you arrive.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or clear cookies already stored. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
To control how Google personalises advertising to you, including on this site, use the ad settings in your Google Account. You can also opt out of personalised advertising from participating companies through the industry opt-out tools operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
We may update this page as our use of cookies changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date shown above.
If you have questions about how we use cookies, reach us through our contact page. For how we handle personal information more generally, see our Privacy Policy.
